In preparation for the upcoming release of the instrumental project Slow Burnout, and the as of yet untitled new solo project, I decided it was time to drop another ‘mixtape’. I locked myself down in the studio for a weekend, and after a handful of marathon sessions, I created a follow-up to A Working Class Hero (Is Something To Be). from the digital desk of IKE:
“The Paradise Lost Tapes is a collection of songs that will not be included on the official Paradise LP release, for a variety of reasons. As with Paradise, the entire project was written by IKE (Soul 20/20 | Los Angeles, CA), produced by Haris Q (LNS Crew | Austin, TX), co-produced by IKE, and mixed and mastered by Shawn Dell (Action Figures Music | Austin, TX). The album features Laws, Kydd Jones, Khaleel, and more.”
