Declarations :: ChiChopz Of MDK Drops ‘Neva’ Video

Are Mind of a Different Kind (MDK) trying to lock down Austin hip hop in 2015 on the cool?  It could certainly seem that way, the way that members keep dropping darts in anticipation of their sophomore release.  This time around, ChiChopz steps up to the plate and knocks it out the park with Neva, a monster of a manifesto in just under 2 minutes.  Keep this coming!

Moves To Improve :: Modal Drops An Album, Looks For A Van

Austin outfit Modal is in the process of making 2015 one for the books.  After a couple of years notching solid live performances under their collective belt, Modal is opening up this year with a debut album release and a crowdfunding effort to get a tour van in order to spread their jazzy gospel all over this great land.

Breathe Easy :: Tee Double Drops ‘GAS MASK’

The Lonestar himself, Tee Double, never stops with the creativity.. his latest project, Gas Mask, is a wonderful blend of obervations, sage advice and recollections of what was, with a touch of speculation for what could be.  Tee Double just keeps giving us more reasons to solidify his place in the Texas music scene, so support this cat.. share, buy, and spread this album.

Statement Raps :: ‘The Declaration’ From The Undergrind

The Undergrind is a cross state collaboration meant to show that no matter where you are, be aware.  A recent collaboration with DVZN Media has produced The Declaration, a verbal and visual demonstration of how those who don’t know their past are doomed to help the cycle continue.  Take it in, and then tell a friend.

Stand Alone Theory :: Ghost Palace’s ‘Misanthrope’ Video

Ghost Palace, a great mix of solid production and deeply introspective lyricism, provides a nice visual statement of that balance with their latest video, Misanthrope.  It speaks for itself, so take a moment and let it speak to you.
