Legendary MC RA the Rugged Man is currently holding a nationwide contest he’s labelled Definition Of A Rap Flow. MC’s are supposed to either submit an audio track or a video over Rugged Man’s Definition of a Rap Flow instrumental, or any other instrumental in his catalog. A few months back, I played a house party for Frownland Records. I had the pleasure of seeing many diverse bands and meeting plenty of new faces. One of those faces that has stood out was Ghost of Electricity. His approach was unique, and the music was as haunting as it was raw and powerful. A recent performance at The Historic Scoot Inn of Austin was recently captured, and now it is being shared with you!

BLXPLTN are on the precipice of major upward movement. They are en route to Afropunk Festival in NYC, and their new album Black Cop Down is getting lots of attention before it’s even hit the streets.
