KB the Boo Bonic stayed busy this winter. She teased us even before Christmas that Batsh!t was on its way. Well, no need to wait anymore, because it has recently touched down for all of our listening pleasure. Added bonus, here’s the video for Willie Nelson:

The sense of fellowship at this year’s Weird City Hip Hop Fest was something beautiful to behold. Local talent came out heavy to represent, and the local crowds supported wonderfully. Amidst all of the good times, many were busy networking and throwing ideas around. During all these link-ups, Nate, Jae Jax Da Menace, Ben Buck/Filthy McNasty, Big Mic, You F. Oh and Philos of Hermit Kingdom tossed verbal darts on cam. Behold, share, and support!

The dopest thing about a group like Mindz of a Different Kind is that the parts are equally as strong as the whole. This has been clearly evident recently, as different members of the crew continue to drop solo tracks and videos. This go round, it’s BLakchyl stepping up to the plate, with an assist from Pip Demascus. No Sleep, No Breaks is a solid song and a strong video.. i’ve been checking it out a lot the past week or so. Share it with your people!

It’s another Kilmatik verbal attack over an ill Ruler Why track. Super Something is the first track off of Regular to get the visual treatment, and it’s Kil living life to the fullest… young ladies, champagne and ice cream. Dig it and dig it good.

In preparation of The Deer‘s release of their upcoming LP Tempest & Rapture, vocalist Grace Park dug deep into her artistic side to create a truly beautiful piece of art. Do Return is a powerful video both in concept and execution. It leaves you captivated, yet is simple enough to inspire one who experiences it to dig into their own creative side. Worth your time, and worth sharing with friends.

Mindz of a Different Kind are one of a small handful of genuine crews representing ATX to the fullest. They recently teamed up with visual wunderkind DVZN Media to shoot visuals for their latest single, Black & Brown, and it’s another solid representation for why ATX will be dope as always when it comes to the hip-hop.

Clemits is making a major push these days.. a series of music videos seem to be appearing for his newest release CRUSH. There’s definitely a style going on with these videos, and I Love Green is further proof. Dig it and dig it good.
