Wallaby N Bobbes jumped out on the Austin scene and immediately established themselves as one of the dopest duos around, with Muggsy Flowz getting the chance to showcase his stellar rhyming ability on top of the amazingly consistent production of Dr. Bobby Banner, MPC. A few years removed from their self-titled debut, the new single Port Hack finds the duo rocking new fits, bringing a much more direct approach and overall capturing the personal evolution that these last couple of character-building years has provided each of them with. With Muggsy‘s declaration of the duo aiming to go “30 for 30”, it’s clear that they have no intention of slowing down anytime soon, so be on the lookout for a new project for them (hopefully sooner than later), and many more bangers in the future. As for the video, leave a like and a comment, subscribe to the Dr. Bobby Banner, MPC YouTube channel, and share it around so everyone can get down!

The Indelibe Inc. camp stays in creative mode, and their latest output is a solid slice of inspiration messaging courtesy of StormShadow, one of Austin‘s more forward thinking and esoteric MCs. With the help of Dr. Bobby Banner, MPC on both production and creation of the accompanying video, Storm presents the masses with guidance in terms of bars that focus on recognizing the power within you, harnessing your understanding through education, and learning how to focus your energies into positive outcomes for yourself and your circle. I’ve always been a fan of where Storm‘s head is at, and The Pathway is just further proof that he’s on the right track creatively. Check out the video, like it and leave a comment to help boost its YouTube presence, and share it around so others can do the same.

Muggzy Flowz and Dr. Bobby Banner, M.P.C., the duo more formerly known as Wallaby and Bobbes, seems to have two things on their mind when they release work : class and classics. As for class, their presentation has always been consistently professional, with a down to earth aesthetic that makes connecting with their soulful music and thought-provoking lyrics that much easier. Visually, the crew always makes clips that you could place in the canon of class and current hip-hop videos, and the work will be quality enough to fit right in. Day in the Life finds the crew performing soundstage style this time, drowned in a white abyss as the camera floats around them like a spirit. Add the dissolves and fades that tie together visually like a dream, and you’ve got a hypnotic and mesmerizing video that will certainly rack up views. Definitely spread this one around.

Austin-based beatsmith and musician Dr. Bobby Banner, MPC (a major portion of the Ndelible Ink collective) has just laced us with something special in the form of SYN. The song, and its accompanying video, are a wonderful mix of hypnotic instrumentation, mesmerizing fractals and fun with a beautiful free spirit. The music video plays more like an abstract piece of art, taking you on an emotional set of stimuli that is visually and audibly pleasing. Banner and the crew have been known to drop quality work, but this in particular stands out as something special.. a bright diamond in a pile of diamonds, if you will. Definitely keep your eyes and ears out for more from the crew, give the video a like/share/comment, and keep supporting that Texas dopeness.

Dr. Bobby Banner, MPC (the production half of Ndelible Ink) is well known for his deeply textured and hypnotic tracks. Tape B finds this tradition continued… each track is a journey upon itself, and the variety from track to track keeps the listener enthralled and deeply tuned in. With a partially alphabetical listing, and an incomplete one at that, I hope that this is merely part one of a duo… I will definitely have my eyes and ears open in hopes that this is the case. Be sure to give this one a listen, a share, a download, and maybe even a buck or two if you have it to spare.

Muggzy Flowz and Dr. Bobby Banner, MPC are both incredibly talented performers in their own right, and could surely fare well as solo artists in their own respect. However, it’s a beautiful thing when live wires connect, and Indelible Inc. is living proof. wallaby and bobbes has been a long time in the making, but the wait was well worth it, as the beats all hit incredibly hard, the bars and performances are all top notch, and the addition of Emcee Eats as our humble narrator is an incredibly nice touch. Grab this one while it’s still ‘pay what you like’, because these cats should be charging top dollar for work of this quality, right now.

Muggzy Flowz and Dr. Bobby Banner, M.P.C. are formidable talents in their own right, and this is a fact that cannot be denied. In preparation for an upcoming project, they recently decided to go in-house on the creative tip and put together a video for their latest single, GAWTBS. The song is strong, and the video is a solid representation of Indelible Inc. making things happen for themselves. Give it a view, give it a like and give it a share.

One of the 2016 bright moments was meeting Ben Buck at Beerland during The Triggermen‘s album release show. I was familiar with the name, but knew nothing about him as an artist. Needless to say, his wonderful balance of beats, bars and beatboxing blew my mind. His latest release, Been Buck, is a collaboration with beatsmith supreme Dr. Bobby Banner, MPC. It’s reminiscent of those early 90s hip-hop tracks where you were allowed to be honest about yourself, joke about yourself and be a little clever as well, before everyone started taking themselves way too seriously. Good jam for sure, and I’m looking forward to a full-length project… hopefully sooner than later!
